My passion for helping others with writing and editing started at Connecticut College, where I was selected to be a writing tutor. For four years, I helped my peers outline, write, and re-write essays in subjects ranging from economics to biology. I also worked with students to edit their theses in history, environmental studies, and religion.
Since graduating Connecticut College in 2012, I have worked in events and communications in the media and non-profit sectors. All the while, I continued helping an ever-growing network of family, friends, and friends of friends with their resumes, cover letters, and personal essays for college and graduate school.
In 2016, MLH Writing was born. I aim to learn more about the person behind the application, and help my clients construct their personal narratives to make convincing arguments to hiring managers and higher education institutions.
